HyperFrames is an open-source framework that converts HTML, CSS, media and seekable animations into deterministic MP4 video via a Puppeteer/FFmpeg rendering pipeline. It runs locally through a CLI, or installs as skills for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI that plan, write, lint, preview and render an HTML-based video.
