A Codex skill that turns a local video into a 30-60 second short: it detects and removes dead air and pauses using light, normal, or aggressive cut styles, exports a vertical 9:16 MP4, and can transcribe and burn in captions locally with whisper.cpp, with no OpenAI API key required. Runs on local ffmpeg and ffprobe, plus Pillow for caption rendering.
