Turns a single spoken line into a 9:16, 5-second paper-collage explainer clip, installed as a Claude Code skill. It generates a still through a three-gate approval flow, then animates it assembling from an empty color field via the MaxFusion MCP server, using local ffmpeg for frame prep and QA, with optional ElevenLabs voiceover.
