How Claude worked: 1. Ultracode turned Claude into an orchestrator 2. First workflow was a "pre-production" writer's room 3. Parallel agents built the character, sets and render pipeline 4. The soundtrack is entirely Python (!) 5. Seven scenes built with an adversarial reviewer 6. A "polish" workflow ran to do quality control 7.
