OUR NOTEA 15-second Japanese paper-cutout animation where scattered icons assemble into an app; Claude handled script, 11 generated images, Gemini TTS narration and HTML/JS animation in about 12 minutes.

台本・画像・ナレーション・アニメーションまで全部Claudeに任せて、台本づくりから動画の書き出しまで約12分でした。
→ 画像はOpenAIのgpt-image-2.5-flareで背景・人物・ノートPC・歯車など11点を生成し、ナレーションはGemini TTSで4カット分を読み上げています。
→ アニメーションはHTMLとJavaScriptで組んで、1コマずつ撮影してMP4に書き出しました。編集ソフトでの手作業はゼロです。
→ 途中の静止画をClaude自身が見て、鉛筆の位置やふきだしの文字のはみ出しを直してから仕上げています。
