You pick a template and style code such as 01-B, supply a finished voiceover, script and screen recordings, and the agent fits the animation to your content, delivering an MP4 plus an editable project. A free API serves 11,028 Lottie animations. Needs Node.js 18+, Python, FFmpeg and Chrome; Windows runs via WSL.
