Three agent skills that turn one sentence in Chinese into a finished 16:9 voiceover video in a paper-and-ink house style: topic picks from AI headlines, a script with a prose check, edge-tts narration, a HyperFrames render, covers, platform titles and a publishing plan. It runs as a six-step pipeline with two gates that need your confirmation, and can send an email notice when done. Install by copying the skill folders into ~/.agents/skills; needs Node 22+, Python 3.10+ and FFmpeg.
