A Codex plugin combining eleven skills with a local HyperFrames editing runtime to take a claim from research through a finished reel: fact-finding, scripting, word-timed transcription, evidence-backed B-roll gathering, vertical edit assembly with captions/music/SFX, and a frame-level quality review. Requires Python 3.11, Node.js, and FFmpeg/FFprobe.
